This T’ai Chi sequence contains some qigong breathing exercises, a review of the first two movements in the Better Balance sequence (Holding the Ball and Parting the Stallion’s Mane) and added the third movement (Single Whip). The practice is finished with a review of the standing meditation of The Monk Takes Off Robes.
